Daphne is a warm and understanding therapist who provides a non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their emotions. She treats all clients with respect, regardless of their background, culture, gender, or sexual orientation. Daphne understands that each person is unique, and she tailors her approach to each client's individual needs.

Daphne completed her doctoral work at Albizu University and her APA-accredited predoctoral internship at the Clemson University-Counseling and Psychological Services. She is an experienced therapist with a strong foundation in evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IT). She specializes in working with young adults, adults, and older adults in individual therapy.
